If your alumni group would like to request the use of Terry Sanford High School for an event, meeting, or activity, please follow the steps below to ensure your request is reviewed and processed appropriately. A member of the FTS Alumni Association will be in contact with you and serve as a liaison between your group and the school.
Requests should be submitted at least two to four weeks in advance of the requested date(s).
Depending on the nature of your event, you may be asked to provide: Proof of liability insurance; Security or custodial service arrangements; A signed waiver or usage agreement.
The school administration will review your request in coordination with CCS facilities management. You will be notified via email or phone regarding the status of your request. If approved, a permit or confirmation document will be issued with details on facility access, rules, and any associated fees.
On the day of the event, ensure all participants respect school property, follow safety rules, and adhere to all usage terms. Clean up all used spaces and remove any personal items after the event.
